I am watching The Matrix and am wondering what you guys would choose. I think I would choose the red pill, but I also think I wouldn’t understand the implications of that choice.
I would say harsh truth on the basis if I was able to shape my future. Living an ignorant life where I won't know what makes me happy and what I need to achieve to reach happiness, isn't a life I would want to live
What do you mean by shaping your future? By the way I was asking wether you would prefer the be ignorant to the world problems or to see them, but regardless of that great philosophy.
I mean be able to change the world , but I guess , another question is if i took the blue pill, will I go back to living an ignorant life and not knowing there was something else? Dopamine will want us to maybe select the red pill , feel the high if knowing the harsh truth.

The more I think about it, the more blue seems attractive, unless I could somehow change the world , cause less suffering to others
